Attention! The road transport service of the █████████ region warns of a temporary closure of highways through the Presov Pass. At the moment, the mountainous sections of the L13 and L14 highways, as well as the exits adjacent to them, are blocked. The reason for the overlap is the emergency state of the tunnels and, as a result, frequent accidents with a fatal outcome. Repair work to continue until 10/30/████. We kindly ask you to use the proposed detours, and do not try to enter the sections of roads where repairs are being made, for your own safety.

Cause of death: numerous stab wounds on the upper body, head trauma (broken frontal lobe of the skull).
Estimated time of death: 07:12 08/08/████.
Brief description of the incident: At 15:20, a truck driver carrying equipment for Work Crew No. 3, driving through tunnel L13-7, noticed the body of a man lying in the tunnel in the middle of the road. He immediately alerted the head of the brigade, who called the police to the scene. While the body was being examined and the victim was identified, the vehicle was found: a sports bicycle "Hammer", yellow and black, lay 15 meters down the slope from the place of death of the owner. At least 40 deep holes were found on the chest, shoulders and neck of the deceased, caused by unidentified edged weapons. In addition, the front part of the skull was broken by a point and strong blow to the center of the forehead. Rigor mortis indicated that the body of the deceased had lain in the tunnel for at least a day and a half. Apparently, heading to a friend in a nearby town, he ignored the warning about the closed section of the road, taking a short cut through the pass. The identity of the alleged killer has not been established, and no traces of a person or vehicle, other than the victim's bicycle, have been found in the tunnel. In the future, the case came under the directive of the Security Service, officially the cause of death of P.L. called the collapse of rocks inside the tunnel. Measures to block access to the mountainous sections of the L13 and L14 highways have been tightened, temporary checkpoints have been installed with employees of the Security Service.
